What technical conditions are required to produce high-quality bearing rings

Industry experts pointed out that bearing rings refer to hot-rolled or cold-rolled (cold-drawn) seamless steel tubes for the manufacture of ordinary rolling bearing rings. The outer diameter of the steel pipe is 25-180 mm, and the wall thickness is 3.5-20 mm. There are two kinds of ordinary precision and high precision.

Although the bearing is small, its importance is infinite

The wind power industry has experienced more than ten years of development in my country and has made great progress. Regardless of upstream raw materials, midstream wind power components, or downstream equipment and wind farm operations, my country is breaking the encirclement of European and American countries little by little, writing a strong stroke for the development of wind power, and continuing to strengthen external exports. ability.

The meaning of bearing model - what are the materials of the bearing?

The inner diameter of the bearing is indicated by the first digit from the right of the basic code. For the commonly used bearing inner diameter d=20~480mm, the inner diameter is generally a multiple of 5. These two digits represent the quotient of the inner diameter of the bearing divided by 5, such as 04 for d=20mm; 12 for d=60mm and so on.
