Wuxi Dongrichang Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of "Wuxi Bridge Bearing Forging Co., Ltd.". The company is located in Shuofang Industrial Park, backed by Shuofang Airport, and only 5 kilometers away from Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway.

 

The company occupies an area of ​​35,000 square meters and employs more than 250 people. It consists of forging manufacturing department, car parts manufacturing department, cold heading roller manufacturing department, heat treatment production department, quality inspection center, technology development department and other departments. It has a high-quality technical team. For more than 20 years, the company has been committed to the integrated and collaborative processing of forging, annealing, turning and heat treatment of bearing rings and various ring parts. The main products include "O", "2", "3" Class, and "7", as well as spherical plain bearings, wind energy bearings, railway bearings and various large special bearings and ring forgings, as well as cold forged tapered rollers.

 

The company's forging manufacturing department has a total of 9 production lines, 4 forging lines are IF heating, which are 1 350KW IF small line, 2 500KW IF intermediate line, 1 500KW IF intermediate line, all equipped with Siemens temperature control software and Leyte Integrated thermometer for real-time recording of material temperature, as well as low and over temperature alarm and sorting systems to prevent overheating and overheating. The other five forging lines are heated by natural gas. They are also equipped with Leyte two-color integrated thermometers to monitor the heating temperature of a single piece, and are equipped with a handheld thermometer for real-time calibration. Forgings with a diameter of 600mm, a width of 200mm, and a weight of 80Kg, the company now has an annual production capacity of 20,000T forgings.

Forging Manufacturing Department

Car parts manufacturing department

There are 26 semi-automatic hydraulic lathes, 68 new CNC machining machines, 2 machining centers, 1 vertical lathe, 2 CNC automatic connection, and 4 CNC drilling and milling machines.

Cold heading roller manufacturing department

There are two fully imported high-precision cold heading production lines. The raw materials are formed by cold extrusion at one time without cutting, saving raw materials, high production efficiency, smooth surface of processed rollers, high dimensional accuracy, high strength and good rigidity.

Heat treatment production department

There are currently 4 pusher-type isothermal annealing furnaces with an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons. RCWG9 idler belt-belt controlled atmosphere quenching and tempering automatic production line, controlled carbon potential quenching, to achieve good uniformity of bearing ring hardness, small deformation, zero decarburization, bright surface, stable product quality, now has one year Production capacity of 3,000 tons. According to customer requirements, carbonitriding of bearing steel, martensitic stress quenching, nitriding, carburizing, and other special heat treatments can be performed.
